Contributions are classified into four groups:
Platinum Contributor $2000+ Gold Contributor $1000-$1999
Silver Contributor $400-$999 Bronze Contributor $150-$399
As you can see the majority of the contributors fall into the Silver and Bronze categories. Trophies will be awarded to the top two scorers for the written test and the pre-trip inspection. Each of the nine classes will award gold, silver and bronze belt buckles to the top scorers. A Silver contributor would be in line to have their company sponsor one of these classes. As sponsorship of a class of trophies becomes available, the next company in line will have their name engraved on the three trophies. If present at the Charity Challenge, a company representative can distribute the awards.
A Bronze contributor will be in line for sponsorship of an award with one or two trophies. These include the 8 High Fundraiser Awards, Top Management Score, Top Retired Driver Score, Set-up Team Score, Program Book (Single Trophy). The Father/Son High Score is a two trophy set.

Approximately 40% of the Charity Challenge revenue is collected from company contributions, and 60% of the revenue is from the drivers. In 2009, the company contributions totaled $12,500, and the drivers raised $17,035. Since our start in 1997, gross revenue from contributions by both companies and drivers has totaled $350,700.
